Sales dashboard for sellers
Give every seller one page with their sales, refunds, your commission, their payouts, listing and profile views, top listings and a CSV of their orders.
Sellers who can see how they’re doing sell more and stay longer. The sales dashboard gives every seller on your site one page with their numbers: what they sold, what they were paid, and how many people looked at their listings and their profile.
Switch it on
The dashboard is off until you switch it on:
- Go to Settings › General.
- In Business sellers, switch on Sales dashboard for every seller.
- Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom.
In the Nova theme, sellers then find Sales dashboard in the menu of their account pages (next to My Listings).
In other themes there’s no link: tell sellers they can open it at /oc-panel/sellerdashboard on your site.
If the switch says Set by Yclas support for your site, ask us through Support to change it.
What sellers see
Sellers choose the period at the top: 7 days, 30 days (the default), 90 days or 365 days.
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sales | Orders, Items sold, Revenue, Refunded, the Commission you took, Paid out to you and, when there is some, Waiting to be paid. One row per currency. |
| Views | Listing views, Contacts, Profile views and Contacts per 100 views, with a chart of listing and profile views per day. |
| Top listings | Their 10 most viewed listings in the period, with views, contacts and sales. |
Download orders (CSV) saves the orders of the period as a spreadsheet file: order number, date paid, listing, quantity, amount, currency, whether it was paid or refunded, and how it was paid.
Sales count everything paid through your site for the seller’s listings: Buy Now, accepted offers and quotes, auctions and the shopping cart. Commission and payouts come from sales paid by card with Stripe Connect; with other payment methods they stay at zero.
Good to know
- Profile views are only counted while the dashboard is on, so that figure starts on the day you switch it on. Listing views and contacts go back further.
- Each seller sees only their own numbers.
- Business sellers also have their Business dashboard, with bulk import and the stock feed. The sales dashboard is for every seller, private or business.
