Analytics

See how your marketplace is doing - listing views, contacts, new listings and members, paid orders and sales - and compare any period with the one before.

The Analytics page shows how your marketplace is growing: how often listings are viewed, how many people contact sellers, how many listings and members you’re gaining and what you’re earning. Every number is compared with the period just before, so you can see at a glance whether things are going up or down.

Open it from Analytics in the admin panel sidebar.

What you see

Each card shows a total for the period, a small chart by day and the change against the previous period of the same length (for example Increased by 12%).

Card What it counts
Listing views How many times listings were opened. Search engine bots are not counted.
Contacts Messages sent to sellers through the contact form on a listing.
Listings Listings published in the period that are still published today (not sold, deactivated or waiting for review).
Users Members who signed up and whose account is active.
Paid Orders Orders paid to you: featured listings, bumps to the top, posting fees, memberships and so on.
Sales The money from those paid orders.

Paid Orders and Sales count what members pay you. When members sell to each other through checkout or escrow, those sales aren’t included here; you’ll find them under Orders.

Choose the period

At the top right, pick 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or All time (since your site was created). For any other range, type or pick the From and To dates; the page updates as soon as you change one.

The line under the title says which dates you’re looking at, for example 1 Sep 2026 to 30 Sep 2026, compared with the 30 days before.

See one number in detail

Click Details on a card to open that number on its own, with a larger chart and the same period controls. Below the chart, a table compares the last month, 3 months, 6 months and year with the periods before them, so you can spot longer trends.

Turn view counting on

Listing views and contacts are only recorded while view counting is switched on. If it’s off, the page tells you: Listing views are only counted while view counting is on.

  1. Go to Listings › Settings.
  2. Switch on Count Visits Listings.
  3. Click Save changes.

Counting starts from that moment; views from before aren’t recovered. The same setting also shows the number of views on each listing. See Listing page and form fields.

Stats for a single listing

Members, including you, can see the numbers for each of their own listings. In the member area, open My Listings, open the menu (···) next to a listing and choose Stats. It shows that listing’s views and contacts over time. As an administrator you can open the stats of any member’s listing.

This option is only there while view counting is on.

The Home dashboard

The admin panel’s Home page shows a shorter version of the same numbers (listing views, new users, new listings and revenue) for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Click any card there to go to the page behind it. See A tour of the admin panel.
