My sites
The My sites page in your Yclas account - every marketplace you run, its status and plan, and where to open its admin, change its settings or create another site.
My sites is the home page of your Yclas account. It lists every marketplace you run, shows whether each one is online and on which plan, and takes you to everything you manage on yclas.com: plans, domains and support.
Open My sites
- Sign in at yclas.com with the email address you signed up with.
- From your site’s admin panel, click the card with your site’s name at the top of the sidebar, or choose Manage Websites in the account menu (your picture, top right).
The top menu of your Yclas account has My sites, Purchases (receipts), Support and Edit profile.
What each site card shows
| Item | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Address | Your site’s address. Click it to open the site. |
| Status | Live, On maintenance, Waiting for confirmation, Inactive or Expired (see below). |
| Plan | The plan the site is on. |
| Renews, Expires or Ends | When the plan renews automatically, runs out (subscription cancelled) or the trial ends. |
| Own domain · SSL on | Shown once you’ve connected your own domain. |
| Chart | Listing views per day over the last 14 days. |
Each card has three buttons:
- Open admin — signs you straight into the site’s admin panel, no password needed.
- Settings — the site’s settings page: plan and billing, domain and SSL, usage and subscription.
- More (···) — Visit site, Use your own domain, Get support and Plan, SSL and subscription.
During a free trial, a banner at the top shows how many days are left and a Choose a plan button.
Site statuses
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Live | Online and visible to visitors. | Nothing. |
| On maintenance | Online, but only you and your team can see it. | Switch off maintenance mode when you’re ready. |
| Waiting for confirmation | The site was created but not confirmed yet. | Click the link in the confirmation email, or Resend confirmation email. Unconfirmed names are released after 5 days. |
| Inactive | The site isn’t online, for example because no plan was chosen for it. | Click Choose a plan, or ask support if you’re not sure why. |
| Expired | The plan or trial ended without payment, and the site is offline. | Click Renew or Choose a plan. The card shows the date until which your listings and settings are kept. |
Get your site ready
For the first 45 days, each new site’s card also shows Get your site ready, a four-step checklist: Create your site, Set up your categories, Post your first 5 listings and Upload your logo. Each step has a button that opens the right page in your site’s admin. The same steps appear on the admin panel’s home page; see A tour of the admin panel.
The site settings page
Click Settings on a card to open the site’s settings page:
| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Plan and billing | See the Current plan, when it renews or expires and the Subscription status. Choose a plan, Change plan or Renew now. See Plans and billing. |
| Domain | See the Address and SSL certificate status. Use your own domain, Activate SSL or Deactivate SSL. See Connect your own domain. |
| Usage | How many Listings you have against your plan’s limit, and when the site was created. |
| Subscription | Cancel subscription, or Activate subscription to turn automatic renewal back on. |
Visit site and Open admin are at the top of the page.
Run more than one site
One Yclas account can run as many marketplaces as you like, each with its own plan, domain and members.
- In My sites, click New website.
- Type a name for the new site and click Create my marketplace.
- Choose a plan for it.
Each site is billed separately, and each has its own admin panel and its own administrator account. To switch between sites, go back to My sites and click Open admin on the other one.
